Made-to-measure products

Products that are configured to your specifications (size, fabric, firmness, extras) are made specially for you. For those, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Standard and in-stock products

For products that are not custom-made you can return the item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging.

If your bed arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will fix it.
