Terms & Conditions

These general terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between Happy Sleep and its customers. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Company details

Add your registered company name, address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT (BTW) numbers here.

2. Offers and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown on a product page is a starting price for the smallest size with standard options; the price of your configuration is shown live while you choose and again in your cart before you pay.

3. Made-to-order products

Beds that you configure are produced specifically for you. See our return conditions for what this means for the right of withdrawal.

4. Payment

You can pay the full amount or a deposit. The remainder is due before delivery. Online payments are handled by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

See our delivery conditions for delivery times, assembly and what to do when you are not at home.

6. Complaints and warranty

Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to every agreement.
