Why is the starting price lower than what I end up paying?
The price on the product list is the starting price: smallest size, standard fabric and standard options. Every choice you make — a bigger size, a premium fabric, an electric base — is added and shown live in your configuration.
How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order beds take 6–8 weeks to deliver, or 4–6 weeks if you collect. In-stock products ship within 2–3 working days.
Can I pay in two parts?
Yes. Choose “Make a deposit” on the product page: you pay a share now and the rest before delivery.
Can I change my configuration after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Until production starts we can usually adjust options.
Do you assemble the bed?
Yes, delivery and assembly by our own team is included. You can also collect the bed from our showroom.
Which firmness should I choose?
As a rule of thumb: up to 60 kg soft, 60–85 kg medium, 85–110 kg firm, above 110 kg extra firm. The product page has a small helper that suggests a firmness from your weight.
